Estimates & Information
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Any prices, timelines, or service descriptions are estimates and are not a binding offer. A binding agreement is formed only through a separate written estimate or contract signed by Andrew’s Painting Inc and the customer. Actual project scope and pricing vary by property and conditions. For residential home-improvement work over $150, the separate written contract complies with the Indiana Home Improvement Contracts Act (Indiana Code 24-5-11) and includes a detailed description of the work, the total price, approximate start and completion dates, the homeowner and property information, and the customer’s right to cancel within three (3) business days. Any required permits and licenses are obtained before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to Andrew’s Painting Inc and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree that the exclusive venue and jurisdiction for any such dispute shall be the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement & Waiver
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Andrew’s Painting Inc regarding the Site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
